CrossFit is a high intensity workout that takes 1 hour from start to finish. Every class is scaleble so anyone can do it. Whether you are an elite athlete or haven’t worked out in 10 years our coaches can give you a great workout.

Open Gym

We have a great space for people to workout at their own pace and times that work for them. Do our programming or do your own. It’s up to you.

Crossfit - Personal Training

If you want to get yourself to the next level in your fitness journey ask us about personal training options.

We want kids to fall in love with movement. Our CF Kids program is a games based program that sneaks in skills that build in good movement patterns for a lifetime. We focus mainly on bodyweight movements and having fun.

Crossfit Teens

This class is designed to help your teenagers feel more prepared for their sport by increasing overall strength, agility and speed. We build in a specific routine of barbell movements to increase explosive and dynamic ability.
