Programming

You want your friends and family to workout with you right?

We will start posting our programming on social media. I want you guys to be able to send your friends to our social feeds and see our programming and get to understand a bit more what CrossFit is.

I have loved that even in 24.1 the snatches rep scheme was done all on one side at a time, and this wasn't even an issue for us because we program that way already. Our gym wasn't shocked. Warda even said that 24.2 looks like something I would program. The funny thing is I programmed a similar thing for my long-time PT athlete for last Tuesday; 20 mins long, same amount of double unders, and DL’s at the same weight for her division as a masters athlete.

Our programming is effective. But it is really up to three big factors.

  1. The effort that you put in as an athlete

  2. The way you attack the other health factors: sleep, nutrition, recovery. 

  3. Accountability

You keep showing up and that is where the real change happens. I heard a wise fitness entrepreneur say this in a podcast.

“There are three non-negotiables that every 1st world person NEEDS in life

  1. Work

  2. Home

  3. Gym”

     

Guys the gym is so crucial for our health and our futures. You are being responsible with this part of your life. Your need friends to do as well. So for me, I want them to be exposed to it. My just cause is huge (like it's supposed to be), I want everyone in the world to be in control of their health. That means I need to give avenues for people to jump in where they can. I want to attract them into our community (even if it’s only virtual) so I will post our WOD on our socials, please share it. Even if your friends and family don’t show up and just do it at home it is worth it to me. Let's help them get started on their fitness journey.
