Sleep, poop, and smell great

Bre and I don’t take many supplements. We take magnesium and vitamin C. Magnesium is needed for almost every cell reaction in our body.

In the stomach, magnesium helps neutralize stomach acid and moves stools through the intestine.

To the degree that I take magnesium I will sleep better, use the restroom better and have way less muscle cramps. I even smell better when I am on magnesium.
